Such an original title XB HURR

FINALLY! Been working on this on and off for the past few days.
It's Rufus Shinra. From Final Fantasy VII. Yes. Giftart for his biggest fan Cause she told me she PWNED me *snort*

And I felt like it anyway cause I had the pose idea :XD: I also wanted to practice working with OC3. SO YEA... done entirely in Open Canvas 3.

His hair is a pain >_>

Ooooooo! 'Tis RUFUS! ^__^ He dun get enough art in my opinion.. and ... and.. *pokes the reactor in the back* ... That _IS_ what it is.... right? Man.. his hair does look like it'd be a pain.. and in OC3? *psshht* .. It would have died on me already TT____TT *cough* .. Anywho.. It looks REALLY nice.
