Artist's Comments

Well, last time I tried to enter the Monthly Original Bishoujo I never finished my entry on time XD So this time I decided to just go ahead and finish it freakin' early, so that way I wouldn't forget.

This is Haquibi and she was designed by someone called Dany174, so I take no credit for her design. You can get sommore info on her from the MoB site if you want.

But damn, I forgot how much I missed drawing Original Art. I had complete liberty to just take this design and draw it in my own style, and I loved it. I used to draw a lot of Original nameless characters and I forgot how fun it was. As good as Fanart is, it's annoying having to keep to the original creators style.

Well, I might draw some more OC art in the future then ^__^

Ooo, pretty! I think the CGing is particularly nice in this one; I love the shading style you used ^^ Good to hear you had such enjoyment drawing this, having fun is what I think is the most important part of art :) The picture turned out awesomely ^_^

Awesome! I just love the coloring! Great pose choice as well. =)

And yes...Original characters are so much fun to draw....that's why I draw some much original stuff....These days I'm way too lazy to draw in someone else's style... XD

Love the colouring a lot. Really beautiful ... and it's nice to see your entirely own style of art, even though some of that style comes out in your fanarts. I like seeing stuff like this too--seeing what you're capable of. Her hair is really pretty. And the background's wonderful ^ˆ^ Awesome job drawing this character!!
