I always wanted to draw Itachi, but eo 81 finally inspired me enough to stop procrastinating

I'm supposed to be working on other stuff...but I opened up Open Canvas and just started doodling Itachi... then that turned into the monster you see here....mostly me playing with effects...and I'm still not sure if i like it....but there it is Drawn and colored in OC 1, then edited in Photoshop 7.
