Okay, you guys are probably sick of the Kamiya art but I swear, this is the last one... for awhile at least

My submission for 's OC Contest.

Just for your information, she's practicing her healing jutsu on the dead Daffodil, not killing it

Oh, and before I post her bio, so you know the black border, title thingy was originally done by *childofsadness and * messa... i just wanted to try it out.

I'm not expecting to win with this... it's just something I wanted to do for kicks ^__^

Name: Chiyu Kamiya
Age: 14
Ranking: Leaf village Genin.

History: Kamiya comes from the Chiyu clan, a family of Anbu assasins renouned for their skills, in the 'Neko' Cat Anbu Squad, so they expected that she would grow up to be the same. However, when Kamiya became a Ninja it wasn't with the intent of learning how to kill, but to learn and develop healing Jutsu also known as Ijutsu. She hates the idea of killing and instead dreams of becoming a village healer as a Medic-Nin.
She doesn't know her parents very well, as they were always away on Anbu missions while she was growing up and she finds it very hard to recognise them when they are around as they usually wear the Neko Masks and Anbu uniform. She thinks of her older brother, Daiken, more as a father-type figure, as he was the one who pratically raised her while their parents were gone, although they do have their typical sibling agruements now and then. Personality-wise, Kamiya is generally kind to everyone she meets, not shy at all and very trusting; often TOO trusting, which can get her into trouble, and althought his can make her look like an 'air-head' she's actually very knowledgable when it comes to some things. She is a very slowlearner when it comes to Ninjutsu, but in medical jutsu her knowledge is unmatched as she's constantly trying to learn more, making her very usefull in her team even though she is hopeless in combat.


Likes: Daydreaming, Learning new things (even if it does take her awhile to catch on), Music, Putting others needs before her own

Dislikes: Ramen (she thinks it's too messy), Hatred, being alone/ ignored, Her greatest fear is being in a battle alone, Winter

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone/Split Body Skill), Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Skill)


Special Techniques:

-Saiseiiryou:: Regen Aurora: (ijutsu) A Self-healing Justu. It has the advantage in that it uses hardly any Chakra or Stamina to perform, but the disadvantage in that it works extremely slow as it uses natural energy (such as solar or plant) to heal.

-Zenji uraomote:: Reverse Healing: (Nijutsu/ ijutsu) Her only unique offensive attack, and one she developed on her own. The user holds on tightly to the enemy preventing movement and slowly absorbs their Chakra. Gives the user a substancial strength increase while also draining the enemy, but also has the downside in that the users emotions are extremely sesitive and vulnerable while performing this jutsu.

-Zenji okikae:: Healing Subsitute: (Ijutsu) The user sacrifices their own chakra to heal a Teammate. The amount of Chakra used determines how effective the healing is.

-Genkaku fukuun:: Happiness Illusion: (Genjutsu) Creates an illusion which rapidly raises the opponents endorphines making them extremely happy. A distraction technique.

Weapons used: Doesn't like using weapons, but will use Shuriken only if necessary.

Future goals, dreams, and hopes: Dreams of becoming Konohagakure's greatest Medic-Nin. For this reason she also admires Tsunade-sama for being one of the first of their kind.

Extra Info: Kamiya can usually be easily be distracted which is the reason why it took her two extra years to achieve the level of Genin. She never paid attention in class, mostly because she wasn't interested in the Ninjutsu taught at the academy. However when a certain someone joined the academy she noticed how smart he was (though he liked to hide it) and tried her best to be like him, and then that year she finally graduated and earnt the genin title.
